How to self-exclude from Fanatics Sportsbook
Fanatics refunds your cash balance when you self-exclude (minimum one year). Fanatics Markets, its prediction app, needs its own exclusion.
Where to find it
Exact path. RG tools require login ('You must be logged in to set an account limit'); state RG pages at sportsbook.fanatics.com/legal/<state>/responsible-gaming. Fallback: email support@betfanatics.com.
Before you do it: withdraw your balance and let open bets or positions settle. Once you’re excluded you may not be able to move money.

Timeout / cool-off (short break — ends on its own)
- Timeout: any period between 3 and 365 days

Self-exclusion (the real block)
- Minimum 1 year ('The minimum term of self-exclusion is one year') - MI RG page; you cannot wager, deposit or modify the account until it expires

Does it cover their other apps and other states?
MI terms: self-exclusion applies to 'FBG internet gaming and sports betting services' (sportsbook + casino). VA RG page: a Virginia state self-exclusion also excludes you from 'any Fanatics Betting & Gaming product in any state where they are offered' - notable cross-state policy. Fanatics Markets: has its own self-exclusion (min 1 year) and timeout (3-365 days); whether a Sportsbook exclusion carries over is NOT stated - .

'Upon self-exclusion, a user will receive a refund of the cash balance in the Account.' (OH terms updated 3 Sept 2026; MI terms). To withdraw during a timeout, contact support. Can it be undone early?
Self-exclusion: locked until expiry (minimum 1 year). Fanatics Markets timeout 'cannot be undone once placed'. Sportsbook timeout early reversal.
