How to self-exclude from Polymarket US
Polymarket US has no self-exclusion, deposit limit or cool-off tool that we could find. Your options are asking support to close the account and blocking it at the device level.
Where to find it
None found. No self-exclusion, cooling-off or limit tool in Polymarket US docs (docs.polymarket.us), the Rulebook (Aug 5 2026), the market-integrity policy, or the site footer. Only route found: email support@polymarket.us or in-app chat and ask to self-exclude/close (outcome ). SelfExclude.io lists Polymarket as 'integration in progress' (not live as of this check).
Before you do it: withdraw your balance and let open bets or positions settle. Once you’re excluded you may not be able to move money.
Your options
Self-exclusion (the real block)
- None published (by contacting support) · unconfirmed
A timeout is a pause. If you’re here because betting is causing harm, choose self-exclusion — and your state’s list on top of it.
Does it cover their other apps and other states?
N/A. Excluding/closing on polymarket.com (international) does not affect a Polymarket US account and vice versa.
CFTC-regulated US exchange/app (polymarket.us), separate from international polymarket.com (accounts not connected). Reported available in 49 states; trading paused in Nevada. Missouri AG cease-and-desist Sep 18 2026.
Does your state’s list reach Polymarket US?
NO evidence it checks any state self-exclusion list; as a CFTC-regulated exchange it asserts it is not a state-licensed gambling operator.
Your balance and open bets
(no published policy).
Can it be undone early?
N/A (no tool)
Does the marketing stop?
Deposit limits and closing the account
None published. Third-party review (BettingUSA) states the platform lacks deposit limits and self-exclusion.
No published process; request via support@polymarket.us .
Who to contact
Support@polymarket.us or in-app chat. Integrity@polymarket.us is for market-abuse reports only.
The gaps people miss
- No self-exclusion, deposit limit or cooling-off tool was found: the strongest options are device-level blocking (e.g., Gamban/BetBlocker), bank gambling blocks, and deleting the app.
- State self-exclusion lists do not cover Polymarket US.
- SelfExclude.io does not yet cover Polymarket (in progress).
- Polymarket US and international Polymarket are separate accounts.
The Betting Firewall
This is one wall. You need five.
No single block holds on its own. A state list does nothing about offshore sites or the money in your checking account; an app exclusion does nothing about the next app. Stack all five.
