Tennessee is online-only, so one statewide list covers every licensed sportsbook. You can enroll online or by phone. What it does not cover is fantasy and pick'em apps — there is no central list for those.

Enroll with the Sports Wagering Council online or by phone at (615) 253-7922 today. Excluding inside a single sportsbook app only covers that one app, so make sure you file the statewide request. Then exclude separately in every fantasy or pick'em app.

The gaps people miss
- Fantasy sports / pick'em is NOT covered - SWC says there is no centralized fantasy self-exclusion; you must exclude with each fantasy operator individually
- You can accidentally exclude from only one sportsbook - excluding inside one app is licensee-specific; use the SWC form or explicitly request statewide exclusion
- Prediction markets (Kalshi, Polymarket, Crypto.com) are not SWC licensees and are not on the list. SWC sent cease-and-desists in Jan 2026, but a federal court enjoined enforcement against Kalshi (TRO Jan 2026, later preliminary injunction; Sixth Circuit appeal pending as of Aug 2026), so these apps may still be available
- Only 1/3/5 year terms - no lifetime option found
- Offshore/unlicensed sites and sweepstakes casinos are not covered

What happens to your balance and open bets
Do this first, whatever your state says: withdraw your balance and let open bets settle before you enroll. Getting money back afterward means dealing with an operator that is now required to refuse you.

Can you get off the list early?
. No early-removal path found on SWC pages. A third-party summary says minimum term is 1 year before reinstatement is considered; removal procedure after term not confirmed (rules PDF blocked).
